The Lettric finale
Hebrew letters → live music.
Audience members submit names, phrases, or memories through Dan's custom musical-cryptogram app. Every letter is already a note. Dan improvises the piece live, in real time, right there in the room.
Yours to keep
Optional recording, handed to your community.
The closing improvisation can be recorded and gifted back to the booking organization, a one-of-one artifact made from your community's own voice. Share it, archive it, play it on Shabbat. It's yours.
The arc of the night
75 minutes. Three movements.
Act I
Live solo piano + storytelling.
Original works, traditional motifs, and in-the-moment improvisation, woven together with stories about the music, its roots, and the creative practice behind it. The audience isn't just watching; they're being let in.
Act II
Dialogue with the room.
Open conversation between Dan and the audience. Questions, requests, threads to pull on. The shape of the night starts to belong to everyone in the space.
Finale
Your community becomes the composer.
Using Dan's custom Lettric app, audience members offer Hebrew names, phrases, or words on the spot. Each letter maps to a note. Dan plays the resulting motifs live, improvising a piece that's literally built from your community's voice. It's never been heard before. It will never be heard again. Optional recording handed back to the booking community as a keepsake.

- What kind of room does this work in?
- Sanctuaries, social halls, salons, classrooms, atriums. Anywhere with a piano (or where we can bring one) and an audience of 30–500. The format scales gracefully up and down.
- Do you provide the piano and sound?
- Sound reinforcement can be arranged when needed. For piano, Dan plays whatever you have, and if you don't have one, we'll coordinate a rental together. The Lettric app runs on phones audience members already have in their pockets.
- How long is a typical concert?
- 75–90 minutes is the sweet spot. We can shape it to fit your program.
- How do we book?
